Absolutely you can, but there are some exceptions in the cases of custom built product and "Free Product" offers. To see the full refund policy have a look at our Refund Policy to get the full information on what is eligible and the process to follow.
Forest Views ships products worldwide for free (the only exception being Free Products where the customer will pay for shipping & handling costs). Therefore depending in which part of the world you are situated your delivery times will vary. The best place to find the answer to this question is on our Shipping Policy page which covers everything from normal shipping times, delays and tracking of your order.
Wherever we can we use tracking numbers to keep a tab on where your order is. These tracking numbers are usually available 5 - 10 days after order processing. In 99% of cases orders arrive faster than the estimates we give you in our shipping policy. You will receive an email with a tracking number and then you can go to our Track My Order page and input the tracking # to see where your package is at.
